Products and pictures
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, finishes and small design details may vary slightly from the pictures because of screen settings or manufacturer updates. Ask us if you need to confirm a specification before buying.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh). Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error after you order, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price, take an alternative or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it and received payment, or agreed payment terms with you. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot deliver to your area, and will refund any payment made.
Delivery and installation
Delivery costs and timelines depend on your location and the size of the equipment, and will be confirmed before dispatch. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that there is enough access and space for large machines. Where installation is offered, we will agree the details with you in advance. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered or collected.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Safe use of equipment
Fitness equipment must be assembled, used and maintained as set out in the manufacturer’s instructions. Please seek advice from a qualified fitness or medical professional before starting a new exercise programme. Children should not use equipment without adult supervision. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or failure to follow safety instructions.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of income or business.
